A Full Sentence LLC, doing business as Afterscript, is committed to giving users control over their data in RentPro. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your RentPro account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@afterscript.io from the email address associated with your RentPro account.
  2. Include the subject line: "RentPro Account Deletion Request."
  3. Provide your account email address and a brief confirmation that Elsa you wish to delete your account.

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Personal information (e.g., name, email address).
  • User-inputted data (e.g., properties, tenants, financial records, legal records, work orders).
  • Any other data stored in our systems linked to your account.

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period (up to 30 days) to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Payment-related data managed by Google Play is subject to Google’s data retention policies.
